10.Deep Clothing: AW14 Collection
US Streetwear Brand Rolls Out Collection Inspired By Internet Age
Brooklyn-based label 10.Deep has trawled the web this season to release a collection inspired by the tech-savvy generation.
Dubbed World Wide Wave, the brand’s AW14 offering references the invention of the internet with pieces carrying keyboard graphics, oversized logos and computer generated imagery.
Detailed map prints across sweatshirts, hooded tops and joggers nod to the global nature of the web while oversized checked shirts look back to the brand’s pre-digital roots.
Staying true to its streetwear origins, 10.Deep’s latest collection also features sweatshirts, sporting jerseys, distressed denim, casual shirts and head wear, all modelled by New York-based DJ Artem Emelianov, AKA Mess Kid.
Established in New York in 1995, 10.Deep claims to harness“the bold power of individuality”throughout its collections, reflecting its motto“forget everyone and listen to yourself”.
The label is now stocked at several retailers across the UK, including London’s Mash Clothing, Bristol’s Chemical Records, Manchester’s Wood and Birmingham’s Candy Store.
The AW14 collection is available now via the brand’s and is expected to arrive at stockists later this month. Prices start from around £23 for hats, £32 for long sleeve t-shirts, £57 for sweatpants and £62 for sweatshirts.
