A recent brought a delicious Instagram trend to our attention: the art of making breakfast mush (for lack of a better term) look pretty. It's simple: You start with oatmeal, porridge, buckwheat, or anything with a similar texture. Then you top that decidedly unsexy base with an artfully arranged array of photogenic (and healthy) toppings: perfectly sliced fruit, carefully placed seeds and nuts, a dusting of chia. Andpoof!
