The 9-Move Circuit Workout That Will Help You Torch Fat Fast

This nine-move circuit is just a taste of the workouts you'll find on Hannah's and DVDs.
Three times a week, perform each exercise for 45 seconds, completing as many quality reps as possible, then rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next. After you've finished the entire sequence in order, repeat once more for a 20-minute workout, or up to three more times for a 30- or 40-minutes.
