As women, we tend to store fat in areas like our arms, thighs and hips, so naturally we have to work a little harder to tone up those regions of our bodies. If you practice healthy eating habits and maintain an active lifestyle, in addition to doing specific exercises that focus on these areas, you're sure to get rid of that unwanted flab in no time. On August 9, we started a new workout series focusing on banishing those extra inches and this week, we're honing in on saddles bags (watch Monday's video here where expert Debbie Siebers demonstrates the squat and kick exercises). In today's video, trainer Erin Paige takes you through her favorite exercise to slim thighs.
